Responsible play
Tips to keep play fun, how to take a break, and where to find free, confidential help.

Our approach
Opal Accessories is a free games website for entertainment. There's no real money and nothing to buy, but we know any game can take up more time than you planned. These tools and tips are here to keep play fun.
Keeping play fun
- Decide how long you'll play before you start. The session timer at the bottom of every page shows how long you've been here.
- Take regular breaks, and step away if you feel frustrated or tired.
- Remember coins are virtual and have no value. Winning or losing coins doesn't mean anything outside our games.
- Don't let play get in the way of work, sleep, family or friends.
- Free games are not practice for real-money gambling. Doing well here doesn't mean you'd do well with real money.
Take a break or restrict your account
You can ask us to pause or restrict your account at any time. Use the Player Care form at the bottom of any page and choose "Take a break" or "Restrict my account". Tell us how long you'd like, for example 24 hours, a week, a month or six months, and we'll confirm by email.
During a break you won't be able to sign in. You can still delete your account yourself, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
Signs play may be a problem
- playing for much longer than you meant to;
- thinking about playing when you're doing other things;
- feeling anxious, low or irritable when you can't play;
- hiding how much time you spend playing;
- moving on to real-money gambling to chase the same feeling.
If any of these sound familiar, please take a break and talk to someone.
